The process is straight forward. An associate discusses your program needs and creates a request for proposals (RFP) to evaluate potential venues. As a result of our proprietary hotel database and global relationships, you will receive up to three times the amount of responses to your RFP when it is sent out through HelmsBriscoe. We track down the answers, follow up with the hotels and manage the process on your behalf.
We help meeting planners overcome challenges by combining our collective expertise and buying power to gain insights and concessions into the broadest possible set of hotels for consideration. Once we identify venues that match your criteria, we negotiate rates and concessions and facilitate the contracting process.
