• English is a second language for many of the students; many of the students are “one-time” travelers for IIE and originating from outside the USA.
• IIE does not utilize a credit card for direct billing but detailed travel reports required.

SOLUTION

• ATC customized a complete online travel solution using Rearden, Air Web Authorizer, and IBank.
• Using java script ATC hard coded meeting drop down lists that attached to the traveler for complete accuracy in reporting and travel policy compliance.
• Itineraries are sent to IIE meeting planners in a completely automated process for review prior to ticketing.
• ATC draws down on an IIE cash pre-payment and receives automated reports tracking all travelers and financial data.
